Stadium Contractor Touting Clean Bill of Health

The contractor in charge of food services at Lucas Oil Stadium is touting a new health inspection as the company deals with fallout from earlier safety citations this year. Centerplate spokesman Robert Pascal Junior says the company has cleaned up areas in which rodent problems were found and dealt with other health issues at the stadium.

Pascal says the company is still looking into the circumstances that led the kitchens to receive more than 40 citations by local health officials this year. The company has also set up a hotline to hear about any food safety or cleanliness issues. Centerplate officials say the most recent inspection by health officials gave their operation a clean bill of health.
