Woman Injured In Seymour Crash

A Jackson County woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash at Tipton Drive and Community Drive in Seymour Thursday.

Seymour police told the "Seymour Tribune" 18-year-old Lacy Jarvis, of Seymour, complained of pain after the crash that happened around 2:15 p.m. She was treated by emergency personnel and taken to Schneck Medical Center.

Police say Jarvis was driving a SUV east on Tipton Street and was turning left onto Community Drive when her SUV collided with a truck driven by 63-year-old Chester Nolan, of Brownstown.

Nolan's truck ended up on the northeast corner of the intersection after it struck a car driven by 68-year-old Linda McGill, of Freetown.

Police say Nolan and McGill were not hospitalized after the wreck.
