Reservations Are Being Accepted For Mayor's Prayer Breakfast

The deadline to reserve your spot for this year's annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast in Seymour is approaching.

According to a city press release, reservations are required by Thursday, March 21 for the Friday, March 29 event. It will begin at 7 a.m. at The Pines Evergreen Room on U.S. 31 in Seymour.

The cost for the buffet breakfast will be $10 per person. Doors will open at 6:30 a.m. so you may go through the buffet line before the service begins. As soon as everyone is seated, the service will begin, and the program will conclude at 8 a.m.

The Fellowship of Jackson County Clergy will present the Good Friday program, with music provided by the Lutheran Men's Chorus.

Reservations can be made in person at City Hall on North Chestnut Street or you can mail in your reservation form with payment by March 21. If you are paying by check, make it payable to The Pines. Forms are available at City Hall or online at www.seymourcity.com.
