A Brownsburg man was booked into the Johnson County Jail early Monday morning for alleged battery and sexual misconduct with a minor at a home in the 3400 block of South 200 E in Franklin.
The Johnson County Sheriff's Office says a Franklin Police K-9 officer found 23-year-old Blaine Dillinger on Airport Road and 300 South. Dillinger had fled from the house moments earlier after the mother of the girl he was seeing there went to check on her daughter only to find Dillinger and the girl in bed.
Officials say the mom jumped on top of Dillinger in the bed. Dillinger then got up, dragged the mother down the hallway and ran out the back door through the garage. The mother's legs and knees were cut and bleeding. Deputies called for help to treat the mother's injuries.
When the girl was interviewed, she told investigators Dillinger was 17 and was at her home watching movies. She also said the two did not have sex, only to say that they had anal sex. She was then told Dillinger was not 17, he was 23.
After Dillinger was caught and taken to the sheriff's office, he told investigators he had been at the girl's house since Friday and didn't think the mother would know he was there. Dillinger said he knew the girl was 15 and was talking to her about her substance abuse. A used condom and condom wrapper was found on the floor, but Dillinger said it wasn't his. He then changed his story saying it did belong to him, that it fell out of his wallet and didn't want to throw it away. Dillinger gave investigators permission to take a DNA sample from him. It was placed into evidence.
