Suspect Wanted in Franklin Gas Station Robbery

Franklin Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly robbed the Admiral gas station at gunpoint early Tuesday morning.

Police say a white man enter the gas station showing a black semi-automatic handgun demanding money and cigarettes around 3:30 a.m. He is described as a young man in his late teens or early 20s, 5' 8" tall weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a grey hood and a dark color jacket. He fled the scene after receiving an undisclosed amount of money and two cartons of cigarettes.
