A crowd of around 150 people gathered on the steps of Columbus City Hall Tuesday evening to remember Adaobi Obih.

Those that gathered Tuesday evening braved bitter cold and a brisk wind to pay tribute to the young woman. Many that showed up, never met her. Heads were bowed. Hands were clasped tight around lit candles. Whispered words were shared between small groups.

The 26-year-old Cummins employee was allegedly killed recently by her roommate, Ryan Klug, in the apartment the two shared on the city's west side.

Obih was memorialized earlier in the day during a service at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.
