A Jackson County man is facing two felony charges after allegedly shooting and killing two dogs.
"The Seymour Tribune" is reporting that 53-year-old Tony Brewer, of Medora, was arrested earlier this week on charges of killing a domestic animal, a Class 'D' felony. According to the report, Brewer allegedly shot and killed two dogs that chased away deer while he was hunting in November.
Brewer was released on $1,000 bond yesterday and has been ordered not to have any contact with the dog's owner.
